One file per certified freakout: the day, the reading, the story that drove it, and the outlets that carried it. Newest first. The Bureau does not forget; the Bureau laminates.
FILING STANDARDS
The line is the public feed of official readings, reduced to one maximum per UTC day. A day is certified as a peak when it clears 70 butthurt units, out-grieves both neighboring days, and keeps two clear days of separation from any larger certified peak. No exceptions are made for days that felt important.
Each dossier is researched against the coverage of record — web, news, and 𝕏 — then audited claim by claim before filing. Outlet prominence reflects observed coverage, receipts linked where held. Scores are never assigned by the researcher; the needle said what it said.
